OPAWZ Model Dog Contest Sign-up - Christmas Pet Expo 2024

Please note: the contest entry fee does not include the entry fee for the Pet Expo. 

📆 Contest Date & Time: 

Saturday & Sunday, November 23-24, 2024

• This is a pre-groomed contest. You may deliver and set up your model dogs starting Saturday, November 23 at 10 am at the OPAWZ Booth.
• All model dogs must be completed and delivered to the contest stage by the deadline of November 23 at 1 pm. No late entries will be accepted.
  
• Model dogs will be judged at 2:30pm
  • Competitors must be at the ring by 2:15pm

🏆 Prizes:

• 🥇 1st Place (select one from options as below): 
  

  Free entry into the 2025 Superzoo Model Dog Contest, plus a rosette
  
  OR
  

  $300 cash, plus a rosette
  
  
• 🥈 2nd Place: $200 gift certificate for Wheatley Wares, plus a rosette
• 🥉 3rd Place: $100 cash, plus a rosette

OPAWZ Model Dogs

Rules:

• This is a pre-groomed contest. You may deliver and set up your model dogs starting Saturday, November 23 at 10 am at the OPAWZ Booth.
  
  
• All model dogs must be completed and delivered to the contest stage by the deadline of November 23 at 1 pm. No late entries will be accepted.
  
  
• Model dogs must be fully groomed into a Freestyle style and ready to present to the judges by November 24, at 1pm.
  
  
• Model dogs must be purchased by competitors before the show. You may enter as many model dogs as you like. 

Prize Presentation:

The model dog award ceremony will be held on Sunday, November 24 at 1 pm.

All competitors must be present at the contest ring by 12:45 pm. There will be one Best in Class winner and one Honorable Mention.
