Mixing Tools
Mixing together different hair dyes colors together means you are one step closer to creating a brand new shade of hair dye for your creative grooming!
Making sure that you have the right bowl, mixing utensil, and gloves are key to keeping the mixing process clean and tidy.
When combining the dyes, use the correct ratio and combine the mixture until it's smooth.

Mixing Colors
Choose the two colors of dye you want to combine. It is best to pick shades that complement each other, rather than two totally opposite shades. For example: A red shade and a brown shade would highlight each other and produce a rich, deep auburn color.

Hereβs the basic color mixing guide list, plus the use of dilution cream, will cover most of your needs for creative grooming design. Use a scale for measuring if necessary. Regularly using a scale to measure color and write down the color combination. This means that you can replicate easily in the future if you want to dye the same colors again.

Application
Colors that are mixing together need to have the same developing time to work effectively. Check the instructions on the back of the tube to make sure that the time required for color setting.
Add only a little of the dye at a time for a smoother consistency color dyes mixing.
Wash and dry the petβs hair before dying your pet. Dirt and oil can interfere with the dye and keep it from binding to the hair. Towel dry the majority of the water from the pet hair and allow it to air dry completely before applying the dye.
Be sure to stir well before use.
Distribute the color evenly. And for coloring limited areas, such as ears or tails, you may apply to dry fur. Results may vary depending on application strength and individual petβs coat.

Do not mixing colors from different brand. This will ensure that the colors combine well, as the formulas will be similar.
Avoid mixing together contrasting or opposite shades. Contrasting shades will be too dominant to work well together.

The use of OPAWZ dilution cream
OPAWZ Color Dilution Cream is an innovative formula which helps to create numerous wonderful colors when mixed with OPAWZ pet hair dyes, such as pastel colors.
OPAWZ permanent dyes have strong pigments, remember to use a large amount of dilution cream versus dye.
Pour a lot of dilution cream in a tint bowl first, add in drops of dye and mix well.
Test the new color on a sheet of paper towel and keep adjusting until the color is satisfactory.
